How to add your Taylor University email account to Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
Note: The directions are regarding the Outlook Application and not the default mail application.
- How to Add Your Taylor Email to the Mail Default Application - Click Here
iPhone/iPad:
- Go to Outlook
- Click Add Email Account
- Type your Taylor email address, e.g., Exchange email connected to firstname_lastname@taylor.edu
- It will take you to the Authenticator App - Click Open Authenticator
- Type your Taylor password and approve the prompt
MacOS Computer:
- Go to Outlook
- Click Outlook on the top left screen
- Click Accounts
- Click Internet Accounts
- Delete the old mailbox of Taylor with the - (minus sign), e.g., Exchange email connected to firstname_lastname@taylor.edu
- Add a new account with the + (addition sign)
- Use your Taylor email, e.g., firstname_lastname@taylor.edu
- Type your Taylor password and approve the prompt
- Click Done
