Adding an Authorized User in TouchNet

In order for your parent/guardian to access your student billing information, including to help pay your bill, they must be added as an authorized user for your account in the system. This is separate from proxy access for grades (Tower). To add a Touchnet/billing proxy, follow the instructions below:

1. Open your browser of choice and login tomy.taylor.edu

2. Click the link for "Pay my bill" or search "Touchnet"

3. You will be redirected to our Billing website and automatically signed in

4. Click "Authorized Users"

5. Click "Add Authorized User"

6. Type the email of the authorized user and select what information you would like to grant them

7. Verify and agree to the terms and conditions

8. Click "Continue"

9. Verify they have been added as authorized users in your list.
