How To Access Your Learners' Progress in Brightspace

This guide provides a step-by-step approach to efficiently access and monitor your learners' progress in Brightspace, ensuring you stay informed about their academic performance.
1. Navigate to the Brightspace course you want to review.
2. Click "Progress"
3. Click "Class Progress"
4. You can click on System Access, Content Completed, Quizzing or Grades.
5. Pick a student and scroll over System Access. You can then choose a specific bar, to discover when the student accessed the course.
6. Click on System Access to see the System Access History Progress page which will provide you with greater detail. You can quickly see the last date of access.
7. Click on Class Progress and you will return to the Class Progress home page. You can now access the other sections.
8. Click on Content Completed for a look at where your students are regarding content. Remember anything in blue can be clicked on for further detail. Click on the topics on the left side of the page for specifics on things like assignments, quizzes, and checklists.
9. Scroll over the quizzing section to see the grades for each quiz side by side. If you use a third party tool for quizzes, that content will not appear.
10. Scroll over Grades for a specific student. You can see the grades they received for each item completed. For a deeper dive click on the grades of a specific student. This will open a page showing you the details for each item completed. Note the left column will allow you to access more information so you do not have to return to the Class Progress home page.
