Remote Help (Mobile) - Bomgar Instructions

Mobile Support:

  • Download BeyondTrust Support
  • Type https://4040remote.taylor.edu
  • In your email, there should be a session key that the agent has given you.
  • Note: You will have to start the session with “Screen Broadcast” at the top of the screen
  • Second Note: You will have to always go back to the application to see the responses from the agent for directions, as the agent cannot control the screen.
