How do I add a networked printer to a University owned Windows computer?
- Open File Explorer
- In the URI bar, type \\print.campus.tayloru.edu and hit Enter. All network printers on the Taylor domain will appear in alphabetical order.
- Locate the printer you want to add and then double-click.
- Once the printer has been added, you will be able to print from your device to this printer.
Make the Network Printer a Default
- Open Control Panel
- Go to Devices and Printers
- Right-click the printer and select "Set as Default Printer"
* The computer must also be running the PaperCut client in order to print.
