How do I add a networked printer to a University owned Windows computer?

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. In the URI bar, type \\print.campus.tayloru.edu and hit Enter. All network printers on the Taylor domain will appear in alphabetical order.
  3. Locate the printer you want to add and then double-click. 
  4. Once the printer has been added, you will be able to print from your device to this printer.

Make the Network Printer a Default

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Go to Devices and Printers
  3. Right-click the printer and select "Set as Default Printer"

* The computer must also be running the PaperCut client in order to print.
